I was quite unsure and kept thinking for weeks but I am happy with this purchase. Really helpful in cramps, aches and pains. Ease into it slowly and increase speed and time. It’s a full body rejuvenator.

Tolle Platte zu einem guten Preis. Ich nutze sie schon 14 Tage täglich und merke schon die ersten Erfolge im Rücken, er ist stabiler und weniger schmerzlos. Vielleicht kann ich mit dieser Platte einer OP aus dem Weg gehen, das wäre grandios!

Love this vibration plate. I just incorporated it into my fitness journey and I actually look forward to my workouts. I find a 10-15 min YouTube vibration plate routine and love every minute of it. I even use it as I fold laundry. It is so relaxing and helps me stay motivated to work out.
