Anyone that has equipment with hydraulic hoses either needs spare hoses or several of these field repair kits on hand. These are actually 3 full kits (fully assembled). I don't know why the call it 2 full kits + 5 repair pieces. The 5 repair pieces, once assembled is an entire kit. These kits will save you hours to days waiting on a new hose.

Truthfully I haven't been able to use the kit. The repair hasn't been able to get done. The unit is out of town. But looks like it will work.

I got this product to have available in the event that I break a hydraulic hose on my tractor. Therefore it will be impossible to review it's functionality until such a time that it is utilized to repair a broken hose. This kit comes with the 3 common sizes of hydraulic hoses, whereas some only come with 2 sizes. The material and workmanship of the product all appear good. My 4 star rating is based on that.
