This is a good textbook Help you with your schooling. It has a lot of good information in it and it helped me with my studies. The book has illustrations as well as some test questions in the back of the book with the answers.

This book has a lot of HR knowledge however, it doesn’t necessarily prepare you for the exam. If you buy this book, please buy additional study materials from the actual Shrm website. Per the Shrm representative they don’t recommend this book.
