HP Victus 15.6” (Ryzen 7 8845HS, RTX 4060) – Quick Review (Performance: Ryzen 7 8845HS + RTX 4060 delivers smooth gaming and multitasking.Cooling: Improved thermals with minimal throttling.Display: 144Hz refresh rate, but brightness and color accuracy could be better.Battery: 5-6 hours for casual use, much less for gaming.Build: Sturdy but plastic; simple design.Keyboard & Trackpad: Decent, but no per-key RGB. Speakers: Average, lacks depth.)Verdict: Great value-for-money gaming laptop with strong performance, good thermals, and a smooth display.

Battery Life
Battery life is more realistally 4 hours if you're web surfing (doesn't include listening to music or watching vids).4 hours at most. It's good fun if you can keep it plugged in 24/7 but not the reason I bought the laptop unfortunately.

Great laptop, screen could be better
4.5 stars. Great laptop, runs pretty much everything fairy well. Colours are a bit washed out, not that noticeable if you're using the laptop on its own, but expect it to look a little off if you're using it alongside a second monitor.

Brought for Sony Inzone
Needed a new laptop for connecting to Sony inzone M9 monitor, so I can change settings with Inzone earbuds for PlayStation, all connected fine and quick updates, added steam and download GTA 1V. Yet to play around with graphic settings.Sound seems OK, and not a bad design.

Don't do it
I have a HP laptop and would suggest you do not buy one. Specs may look good but the latop will have problems and HP will not be interested. After little over a year i started getting problems with my display which goes black when the cursor is moved. I took this up with customer support who, to paraphrase, said ' you've had it more than a year so it's not my problem Guv.' and left me too it.I have trawled the internet for a fix which now involves opening the device manager (every time i turn it on) and navigating to the display adaptors install and then installing one of the other display adaptors. It itself this is simple enough, if more than a little frustrating doing it every time, but what makes an annoying situation unbearable is that it is impossible to do this without moving the cursor so at least 50% of the time the screen goes permanently black and i have to turn the whole thing off and start again.Just to repeat the above HP will not be interested in the problem; 'cheers for the £400 no push off'.
