This item is not good. I received the item and couldn't even use it in my hair because it would pull my strands making it a choppy stroke therefore unable to be straightened. I have normal hair and never had this issue with any other straightener. When trying to return it the seller gave me a hard time stating there is nothing wrong with it asking why I need to return it then MAKING ME RETURN for shipping. I went through amazon and got a FULL refund for the sellers RUDE professionalism and arguing with me.

The delivery was just prompt and on time. I was highly impressed when I saw the Karma Beauty package: it felt so high quality and refined. The product is displayed like a jewel inside the box and the materials feel solid and expensive. Karma Beauty hair straightener looks better than the pictures and it functions just perfect. My girlfriend was very happy and she cannot stop using it. My overall opinion is very positive!

Was delivered just in time to style my hair for the weekend. So far love it! My hair is wavy and thick and this straightens in one to two passes with no problem- and I actually probably could do one each time but I am so used to having to go over and over each section it is a habit. It holds the hair well but doesn't pull. My previous flat irons ( tried several over the years) don't even come close. Love the varied temp settings. Great product and very pretty too-I got the turquoise.

I got this for my daughter for Christmas. It heats fine, but when my daughter used it, it would snag and pull her hair. I watched her use it correctly, so it wasn't her fault for her hair being pulled/snagged. Returned it to purchase a different brand.
