Great gift for a 4 year old
Got it for my 4 years old nephew and he LOVED it. He was able to hack the machine fairly quickly with the coins though. He figured out that he only needed to put the coins in half way to start a game but overall he still very much enjoyed it.

Great for now...
The media could not be loaded. Sensor for coin accasionally stops working/freezing up. The machine doesn't operate without a working Sensor. We put lightweight candies in it instead of toys for a end of day reward of he has been good. He has adhd so candies is a very special treat. The machine also takes real quarters so when he gets money from his lemonade stand he can use the money he got from the lemonade stand to operate the claw machine and all his money goes into savings for him later. A great way to teach your kids loss, gain, and rewards. So far he understands how money is important and different ways to earn money at his age to get what he desires. He also understand that if he spends all his money in the claw machine he will be waiting longer until he gets more money. He understands to save money as well as spend some and to not overeat candy.

Awesome toy kids love it.
I wish I had this when I was a kid. The kids love love this toy. It comes with everything you need for endless fun. You can also use it as a reward for young kids. They can earn tokens to play by doing little chores. Picking up toys, getting dressed, taking a bath. Little things your child may not like to do. The round egg like mystery wins you could fill with other things not included that you child likes favorite candy, maybe even money. And not knowing what you get til you open it makes it extremely exciting.

Great Present Idea
Daughter got for Christmas, and she loves it. Uses it weekly and still entertained. Definitely worth the money. It's a great size for kids, she usually keeps it in her room but sometimes brings it downstairs and it's not heavy or difficult for her to do so. Definitely easy to use.

Returned
The toy and objects that fit inside are too small. Smaller than what is depicted. The eggs are too small for prizes and when you try to use the game the way it is intended, it is very flimsy and hard to maneuver for a small child.Should have listened to the warning that it was a high returned item.

Entertaining but a little clunky
Pro's: comes with cute soft little stuffies and toy balls for the claw to grab. Plays music, but the music can be turned off. It's fairly easy for younger kids (my 5 and 7 year old can use it) to play and grab toys from it. it comes with several "coins" to keep the play going before having to empty them back out to start over.Con's: toys can fall out easily. You can't put all the toys in it at once or it will be too full to use. We've just done either all stuffed animals or all balls. Also, we've had it where it quicks working for no reason that we can find and after leaving it sit for some time, it will suddenly start to work again. It has brand new batteries, so I'm not sure what the issue is. It's frustrating, but not the end of the world. Lastly, the top doesn't stay on, so you have to be careful when getting the coins out of the bottom.
