Used as a honey soy marinade for chicken thighs! Cooked in air fryer! Very tasty with a bit of a kick! Definitely purchase again

A lot more vinegary than I'd expected, that's the main flavour I can taste. Not sure if this may be a bad batch?

This hot honey is very unusual and incredibly versatile. It’s quite runny and comes in a squeezy bottle so it is very easy to drizzle on your food. It is not sweet like honey, nor is it overly hot and spicy but it definitely adds an interesting flavour and a hint of heat to your dishes. It can be used on pizza, in stir fries, on meat, on vegetables and my personal favourite on salad. It certainly makes my salad less boring. It is quite expensive, priced at £8.99 (at the time of review) for a 280g bottle but you don’t need to use a lot to experience the flavour. I liked it and would consider ordering it again.

While I can't quite put a finger on the quality of this being the first time I have had any kind of hot honey sauce and this being one further styled by another thing I haven't personally had before the resulting combination is something I have quite enjoyed having on a variety of different foods since I am a fan of the taste and it doesn't overpower things if you drizzle it so that's an option. Despite the size of the bottle it has lasted a decent amount of uses and has a decent lifespan once opened so could be worth the price though note I do not know how this is compared to others.
