When I first saw the package and felt the super light weight, I was skeptical. I put it together and tried a moderately heavy cookbook. I was surprised at the strength and quality. I bought this for a gift, but might just keep it for myself. At this price, I could still order another one and not break the budget.

Got this stand to hold a recipe book I also got on amazon - just two simple pieces to throw together and it’s super sturdy despite being lightweight.

This cookbook stand is well built, attractive, and arrived quickly. The materials feel solid and stable, and the finish gives it a clean, classy look that fits nicely on a kitchen counter or desk. It holds items securely without wobbling and feels more substantial than I expected for the price. I’m using this stand to support an Amazon Alexa Echo 15, and it works perfectly for that purpose. It provides a stable viewing angle, keeps the display secure, and looks far more polished than many purpose-built alternatives. Best of all, it delivers this functionality at a fraction of the cost of a dedicated Echo Show 15 stand, making it an excellent value and a surprisingly versatile solution.

It’s solid wood. Smells like wood(I love). Holds open my thick cookbook pretty well after some adjusting, so I’d say it could hold a good size. Assembly is incredibly easy, and it works well in my kitchen! Not heavy at all and holds weight just fine. I love the finish of it, as well!

This cookbook stand is great and refines the look of my kitchen nook! I have a European cook book displayed and ut looks so beautiful and is also functional. It is a little bit flimsy and there were a few scratches on the stand which didn't make it looks as nice as it could and the wood is a bit cheap but overall it works great for what I needed at a lower cost than other sellers which were offering the exact same product. I do like the colour of this and it is able to display quite heavy books as well. I do worry that if I need to flip multiple pages in a short span of time that it won't hold up as well as it could and may not last intense use, but if you are just using it for display it will work nicely!

Works great to read a book at diner, a cookbook or a tablet. Very sturdy.

Bought this for my Echo Show 15" because I wasn't planning on hanging it on the wall, and I didn't want anything metal or modern. This is perfect with my decor and the Echo fits in it perfectly. Good quality wood Exactly as pictured Easy to assemble Works great
