This is my 4 th positive grid product. Love the sound. This unit cranks. Purchased battery also and can play anywhere. Plug in my acoustic and microphone, separate setting for both plus 8 presets per channel. Can easily switch guitars from acoustic guitar then switch to electric guitar and rock on. Recently used this at an event as a PA and Bluetooth speaker for music.

The perfect amp! Why didn't they invent this 15years ago??..I could have saved thousands of dollars in buying a dozens of guitar, bass amps that are so big and heavy and now collecting dust! It does EVERYTHING in one package! Guitar, Bass, keys, vocal PA. BATTERY operated. Light weight, built in presets. Small but loud enough to gig in a small venue or busy. Its almost unfair. Bluetooth connected fratures. Other Amp makers gonna need to catch up.

I’m liking this amp a lot after a week having it. It has more overall control than my Spark 40. For now I’ve been trying to dial in an acoustic tone with a 1992 Taylor 510 Dreadnaught and 2020 Taylor K24ce. I am so happy with the results. Using the acoustic presets was a great platform to dial in the sounds I needed. I decided to delay getting the battery, I’m a busker. I ‘think’ I can use one of my power batteries, but, it would be easier for setting up, to just buy Powergrid’s the battery and have it already to go in its compartment in the back; one less thing to deal with.

I'm blown away at how great sounding (and loud) this thing is for the size. It's lightweight but the build quality is excellent. The speaker is great but the software is the total icing on the cake! Electric bass is no problem for this either.

Delivered on time, and in perfect shape. I had a Positive Grid Spark Amp, which I loved. Since this new Edge version has the vocal channel, I sold my original Spark, and bought this Spark Edge. So far, I love it. I have not tried the vocal channel yet, but the guitar channel sounds great with endlessly varied tone options via the Spark app. This update has a nice feature of being able to separately control the volume levels of paired music, and your guitar. So adjusting the levels when you jam to tracks is even more specific. Nice.

A little bit of a struggle setting up for an old timer, non-techy person but once I figured it out, I loved it! Great sound, tons of variations. Can mess around with for hours.

THIS IS GETTING RETURNED! Not worth it for $250! The app sucks (you have to hit the tiny knobs on the tiny pictures of the amps to change levels!!! IT'S CRAZY!), requires you to use bluetooth AND location services on, and *constantly* disconnects (you can't change ANY settings besides channel volume and preset patch without the app). There is no way to configure the sounds on PC. You can only have ONE slot for each type of effect (ONE noise gate, ONE comp/ wah (19.99 for the wah pack) ONE drive, ONE amp/ preamp, ONE mod/eq, ONE delay, and ONE reverb), you can't have chorus and eq or flanger and phaser etc.) I gave it one star because it is lightweight, and sounds appropriate. It's just too difficult to use and too intrusive. Get a nice modeling pedal board and skip the Spark Edge.

I use this as my practice amp and a monitor for electric guitar. You can independently control speaker volume from your output to a mixer. Output is mono or stereo instrument 1/4". Paired with the Control X and my whole travel package to practice is the guitar, this speaker, and a backpack that carries misc bits.
