Great bit of kit
got this for my neighbour after they seen mine installed.It was a strange one this large size 120x60 was now cheaper then the 110x55 i have, but this can only be looked at as a win.The only caveat is the ladder is a little heavier , but the large opening is great.recommended

Great quality
This is our 3rd Fakro loft ladder, in different properties. My husband is a joiner and really rates these, which is praise indeed! Easy to fit, sturdy and good mechanism.

Sturdy and a very good buy
Builder who installed it was very impressed with the workmanship of the ladder and door. It was very solid and a great buy at the price. Ladder folds down very easily and back again. The legs are extended so you can cut off the last bit if required to fit the full floor. They feel very strong when you climb them
