Quite good for many diets.
Huh, I really liked this. Even if the calories tripled, it would be decent. I can’t say that very often! If you have never had shiritake noodles they are rubbery and somewhat tasteless. So go in knowing that and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. It could really use smaller cut noodles so it won’t be big ball (not as bad as the video for me… that person didn’t even put in the sauce or toppings to mix, strange… it’s not even in instructions to make them that way, weird) and some better ramen toppings like dried fish cake, dried shrimp, dried tofu, more veg, etc to feel like a full meal, but it is a great snack. about 1 cup of broth and 1/3 cup of noodles, some minimal topping and a folding spork.. Good portion control. Excellent flavor from powdered broth, red curry smashes. I actually logged back in to increase my subscription. Most are 25 calories (one is 20 one is 50, 2 are 25 calories). It takes some added water and a microwave to make. The cup is not plastic, it’s a waxed thick paper, so microwave safe. So far no leaks. These are great when I want a snack, and don’t want calories. The red curry has quite a hit of hot pepper so sensitive tongues beware. They aren’t like real ramen, but that’s great because they took the fat, salt, and calories away. I wish I could find more 20-25 calorie snacks like this. One noodle cup is half an Oreo cookie or 1 Dorito chip. That is… insane. I got it for low carb diet and continue it for my swap to holiday low calorie diet. A diet staple for me. Quick enough to be override my laziness and low cal enough that I have no regrets. When I get slammed at work and would otherwise miss a meal or peruse the coffee cakes or donuts… these are a great 3 minute safe binge. Thank you for making this! Changed 4 star to 5 because it really is just so easy and low cal I… never want you to change! Maybe more flavors! :D

Flavorless tough noodles
Update: customer service contacted me and sent me out the Konjac salad, I was convinced that these noodles are good, just in a different way. I love the fettuccine is amazing and I have been ordering them every since they sent them to me. I actually order the 10 pack of fettuccine and I use a yakisoba and a sesame sauce on them. I love them cold and I like the fettuccine. for me it was a texture isssue I mean, what can I say about something this is virtually tasteless, I love Miso so I figured it would have that salty miso taste and it doesn't. Sure I could add more or at best some soy sauce. However this defeats the purpose to keep in my desk drawer as a food substitute if I should forget my lunch. Yes! The noodles are a weird texture and hard to chew up. I just cleaned my scissors and cut them up. However still weird. I have done shirataki noodles alot and assumed it would be similar. Not so much. I wouldn't reorder. I even tried to soften the noodles letting them set with lid on for 15 minutes.

Thoughts From an Old Keto Pro
Been Keto since 2019. Reversed T2D on it. Lipids and pressure always pristine. Know what I'm doing. The carbs are low, but what is going on with 0g added sugars, when you clearly state "white sugar", "white granulated sugar", and "glucose sryup" in the ingredients? Also, this contains soy and rice. Also, wtf is "edible essence"? Sounds like it was taken right out of "Dr. Strangelove". No protein to speak of, and the fat levels are too low. This is NOT good Keto. The problem is that manufacturers have figured out that they can say, "Keto friendly" if it is "more Keto friendly than a fast-food cheeseburger." Because, Keto is relative. It's not about restricting everything to 0 carbs, which would be impossible, but rather always aiming for "fewer carbs than before". This is what creates the safe and gentle starvation that can kick you into ketosis with a bit of intermittent fasting. But, raising the fat and protein is also key to curbing your hunger. The sodium levels are reasonable, especially if you "bleed the noodles" as instructed. Those are soaking in a saline solution, I'm sure. I just wanted to find a soup besides plain bone broth which was easy to make and fun to eat. This soup does that for me. I quite enjoy the noodles, having not had many real noodles in 6 years. The flavors were ok. Nothing to throw a party about. I will be adding heavy cream or real butter to kick the fat levels back up. And, I will not be eating this often due to the soy and rice. My moobs are big enough.

Lacks Flavor, a lot
Very disappointing. I knew it wasn’t going to be amazing because I’ve had konjac noodles before and I used to cook them myself and make different dishes. They were actually decent. But these instant noodles tasted like water with salt. No flavor at all. I was really disappointed because I know that with the right ingredients, konjac noodles can have decent flavor. I’ve done it before, but I bought this just for convenience. Note: I consider myself the least picky eater. You can literally see me eating just chicken and rice with no seasoning almost every day, or steamed veggies with salt. I’m a gym rat. That doesn’t mean we don’t know how to cook, but unfortunately, low calorie dishes with great flavor take time, and when you’re going to the gym, you usually don’t have much of it. So most gym rats end up eating like crap, and I do too. But this was so bad that even my dead tongue couldn’t keep going.
