I got my first Smart Nora in 2018, at that time I ordered directly from their website. I am glad it is available on Amazon now. I used to snore very heavily and Smart Nora helped me a lot. I eventually lost a lot of weight and stopped snoring and stopped using it. I guess I lost it while moving and now snoring is back this year so I decided to buy it again. The Smart Nora is a unique anti-snoring device that uses gentle inflations to nudge you out of snoring position without disturbing your sleep. It's comfortable, works in any sleep position, and has a money-back guarantee, making it a great option for snorers and their partners alike. I have noticed significant reductions in snoring and improved sleep quality. It is pricey, but I have tried other methods like mouthguard and nothing else work. Here's a quick summary of the Smart Nora's pros and cons to help you decide if it's right for you: Pros: * Effective in reducing snoring * Comfortable and non-intrusive. It works in silence and never wake you up. * Works in any sleep position * Money-back guarantee Cons: * Pricey Overall, I would say it is highly-rated and effective anti-snoring solution that is helping me and my wife overcome snoring.

My partner bought me a Smart Nora several years ago, and it has consistently helped -- not just my snoring, but by extension my overall night's sleep. Before that I'd tried various nose strips, essential oils, etc., to no avail. What I like best is that it is not intrusive at all -- I just click the "pebble" sensor on at night, and I'm set. The inflation/deflation never wakes me up. (How do I know it even works, you might wonder... My partner swears it does! And he notices when I forget to turn it on. I also recently bought one for another family member, and she said her partner has also noticed a big drop in her snoring.) The sensor is quite sensitive, however, and if someone else in the room is snoring, or if you sleep with a fan by your head, you'll want to adjust the sensitivity down a bit. (On the other hand, on the occasions the sensor does hear my partner's snores, and I'm awake, I actually like feeling the pillow inflate then deflate -- kind of like a long yoga-style inhale-exhale that's very relaxing and helps put me back to sleep.) I've also found that I don't need the full inflation on the pillow insert. And I like to wrap the pillow insert in its own pillow case, which I slip inside the case with my main pillow, so things don't slide around as much. [Edited to add: Just saw the model I gave as a gift, and now I see the insert comes in its own padded cloth wrapper, so you don't have to do this! A nice improvement!] I appreciate that it's nicely designed -- the whole thing packs up in a little gray carrying case, if you need to travel with it. The "pebble" sensor is sleek and doesn't look bad on your night table. And it's all very easy to set up. Also worth noting: Smart Nora support is very responsive and helpful! I had a glitch with the base at one point, and they were very quick to resolve it. Of course, this is all avoiding the issue of price. I'll be honest -- when my partner bought it, I had no idea how much it cost, and a couple of years later, when I happened to find out (in the process of recommending it to a friend), I was at first a bit shocked. But considering how much I'd dumped into random anti-snoring stuff before that, and what a relief it is now to have a real solution that I don't have to think about anymore, and that has been working for years, I'm grateful for it!

Not worth your money. All it does is raise your pillow every so often while you sleep. There’s no actual tracking of your breathing or anything. Just a preset pullow riser. Used mine for a month or two. Went into the closet for a year and I just threw it out as it wastes space.

I am genuinely surprised at how well this machine works and how it has changed my night life! I of course wanted to get more sleep by quieting my husband’s snoring, but I had no idea how interrupted his sleep had been until we used Smart Nora. We noticed a difference the first night and it has continued to quiet his snoring and give us both great nights of sleep, consistently. My husband was a bit in denial of the problem like many who snore and don’t realize it, but he did reluctantly try a mouthguard about a year ago, which helped a little, but really only made his mouth sore. The Smart Nora was my idea but, as soon as he saw the difference, which was right away, the next night I found him making sure it was charged and plugged in so the sleep would keep coming. He never forgets to turn it on. Best feature is that it works! After hearing a single snore, the Smart Nora quickly adjusts the sleeper’s head gently from beneath the pillow, so the next snore is maybe a heavy breath, which fades to quiet breaths. Next best feature is that the machine is silent, as well as the air moving through the tube to the under-pillow mechanism. You will absolutely hear nothing. Initially I put my hand under my husband’s pillow to “feel” if it was working, but I did not “hear” a sound. The felt box sits unobtrusively on the floor just under the bed, the foam sleeve makes the inflator undetectable in your pillow, and the little “mouse” that listens with a mic can be put away and plugged into the machine during the day. At night, you just disconnect the mouse from the charge cord, turn it on, push the bluetooth button to connect it and put it on the nightstand. Easy! For anyone who has been dealing with snoring for many years, this will completely change your sleep. And if you’ve worried about your snoring partner’s health because of their struggled breaths and waking throughout the night, this will change all that. My husband is sleeping better than he has in over ten years (same here!) and honestly, he is much more pleasant to be around during the day because of the Smart Nora. Just wow!

First, I highly recommend if you are a snorer, GET DATA. There's an iOS app called SnoreLab. It has a small subscription fee. It's worth it, simply to track and score your snoring. If you know definitively a score for every night, you can know just exactly how much any snoring remedy makes a difference. The pillow itself automates what my wife does - when I start snoring, it bumps me just enough to make me stop, by raising my pillow a smidge. It's quiet and my wife can't hear the pillow over my obnoxious snoring. It does not CURE snoring, it simply reduces it. Without the pillow I will keep snoring until my wife wakes up, gets frustrated, and nudges me to stop. With it on, I will start snoring, and it will gently raise my head a bit to a point where it gets ever-so-slightly uncomfortable, just enough to wake me a tiny bit. This reduces my snoring score from 50-60 out of 100 down to 20-30. This alone is a huge improvement. Coupled with other solutions like earplugs for my wife, sleeping on side, we've adapted and can sleep peacefully now. Good product. Made more of a difference than other random remedies which will vary in success depending on the type of snoring you are experiencing (throat, nasal, mixed)
