I had a small issue with my order from S&Z Tophand — one piece had arrived damaged; i’m assuming during the delivery process. I reached out to the seller, and they responded quickly and professionally, offering to send a replacement part right away.I also thought the sliding kit came with the door (my mistake… it was sold separately), and to my surprise, they included a free sliding kit to make up for the confusion. That level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated.The product itself is high-quality and looks great, I would include a photo but I haven’t installed it yet since I am waiting on the replacement piece. I’m very happy with both the item and the company. Would definitely order from S&Z Tophand again!

This is a great door. Good quality, easy to assemble, straightforward to hang. The hardware is all very solid and heavy duty. To install the glass panels, it is best to partially assemble the frame leaving off only one of the long side boards. Then set the frame on on edge with the central boards installed and pointing up. The glass panels slide down into the groves in the boards, but it is much simpler in this position than trying to slide them in while it is laying on the floor. I hung a primed 1x4x8 board as a header for mounting the support bar. Be careful opening the box. The glass panes were all broken when I received the package, but the seller was immediately responsive and sent replacements quickly. I'd buy this again if I needed another barn door.

I thought these doors were wood. However, they are covered with some sort of plastic that cannot be removed. They’re made of. Pressed wood or something. The ad says that they can be painted but does not specify what type of paint they can be painted with. I first started painting with latex and it just peeled right off. I had to purchase an oil based primer and oil based paint and I’m hoping that might work. Buyer beware! These doors are not well-made and I am so disappointed I would give them no stars if I could. I may end up having to just throw them in the trash and ordering wood doors custom-made. Again, as I said, these are not well-made and if you want a certain look, you might not get they’ll look that you want. I’m hoping that after all that I’ve gone through with these doors the paint will stay on. Always hopeful!

Love this door!I bought this glass barn door for my closet, and it was the best decision! It makes the whole room look more modern and open while still giving me easy access to my clothes. The glass lets in natural light, which makes the closet space feel brighter and more inviting.The quality is excellent—the glass feels sturdy, and the track glides so smoothly. Installation was straightforward, and once it was up, it instantly became a centerpiece in the room.I get compliments all the time, and I love how much more polished the space looks compared to a regular closet door. I was pleasantly surprised by this door—it has an upscale, expensive look despite being budget-friendly. The dimensions were exactly as described, and it functions as intended.That said, assembly isn’t beginner-friendly. The included tools (basic Allen keys) aren’t enough, especially for the metal components. Assembling the top metal track requires a bit of skill and patience. I’d recommend having at least a handyman-level skill set or some help to install it properly.A minor issue: a few of the joints on the crosspieces aren’t perfectly flush, but it’s barely noticeable and doesn’t affect functionality.Overall, I really like the door. It’s been a stylish and practical addition to our kitchen pantry and works flawlessly.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We needed a door to section our from our bedroom to the vanity/closet/bathtub/shower/toilet area. This was perfect. Customer Service was ON POINT! Why? Because when item was shipped -- many of the panels were damaged. I opted to return it only because again most of the panels was damanged. However, Seller reached out to me and said, "Hey can you go online and send us the photos of all the damaged parts?" I did. What did they do? They sent me the missing screws/bolts (must had fell out during shipping) because box was severely damaged when it arrived on my porch, they replaced all the damage panels and send instructions - given those too were missing. So in the end? Yes, I got my Barn Door. Do I love it? Yes I do!!! and Customer Service -- IS AMAZING!!! Thank you for the quick responses and shipping all the correct panels to replace the damaged ones!! You guys rock!!!!

This door had some damage and missing parts. Trying to contact seller is a chore from hell. They failed to put any end stops in the kit. Make sure to remove all the plastic wrap on each panel. Overall the door looks good but assembly is a bit of hassle and likely need two people.

Couldn't be happier, highly recommend this product 👌...great quality and price point
