i've had this pc for a couple of weeks now, so i'll write a review.Arrived on time - very well packaged.No trouble setting it up.you need to be connected online, though.Haven't used windows 11 before, but it seems to prefer a microsoft online account, rather than a local account.I've set up a local account now, as well, as i don't want to rely on an internet connection being available.I don't play games, but the i5 and rtx4060 should be good enough for smooth 1080p, and probably 1440p gaming, even with some ray tracing options.Much faster than my old pc.Very good value, with 1.5Tb storage across 2 drives, rtx4060 8gb card, 32gb ram

I think for £400 this is really good pc, as I am getting 60fps on games like Red dead Redemption 2 on high settings with smooth gameplay. This item is totally worth it for low priced gaming pc and good performance, the graphics are stunning and it’s very easy to set up the pc as it’s prebuilt and all you have to do is connect and play ✌️

Lovely looking machine, only downside is, I wasn’t aware it needed a DVI cable instead of the VGA one we were using on our previous machine. Obviously, this didn’t go well on Christmas morning and I couldn’t get one until the day after!

I purchased this pre-built PC back in April, and it has been a fantastic experience from the start. The build quality is excellent, and the attention to detail with the cable management is truly impressive—it keeps everything clean and organized, which is rare in pre-built systems. Straight out of the box, the PC handled modern games on medium to high settings with ease, delivering smooth and reliable performance for games like Diablo 4, New World and Borderlands 3.Over time, I decided to upgrade a few components to get even more out of this machine. I replaced the network card, added extra RAM, and upgraded the GPU. I wouldn’t have invested so much into upgrades if my experience with the original build hadn’t been so great. The case design made it easy to upgrade components, and I felt confident making changes knowing the PC had such a strong foundation.One thing worth mentioning is the customer service. About 8 months in, I misplaced the remote for the LED lighting, and the company went above and beyond—they sent me a replacement within two days, no questions asked. This level of support really stands out.Overall, this PC was a great purchase, both as a capable gaming system out of the box and as a solid base for future upgrades. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed- arrived not working properly. Graphics card that I paid extra for wouldn’t support a second screen and not worth the money.Pros- Looks great, son was delighted, leds can be changed to suit mood and games.Set up was easy as just running windows 10.Graphics card is ok, went for the nvidia card and it handles bog standards games well.Help desk responded quickly to my message and offered advice and follow upCons- build quality is awful and no quality control - had to open up and plug in power supply for leds before they would work. Took 20 mins to unknot them as they had just been shoved in a gap between power supply and mother board.I was expecting a few issues with drivers being outdated, but currently unable to play a number of games as they will not load due to graphics issues - beyond my skills set, nothing obvious.Hopefully will be able to update when gaming is able to commence and son stops nagging me to fix it!

I wanted to wait long enough to review and I think 4 months is safe enough to say this is a great pc! Everything about with was easy from the get go. Was already setup and ready to use. Case and lights are nice and remote is easy to use too, though I am undecided whether to put it in my old case or not. Pc performs as it should with reasonable low temps. Only negative was the wireless card, under normal use most likely be fine for everyone else, I found it a little slow for my Internet, 1 antenna broke on the 2nd day, however I replaced the card for a faster one that also had a bluetooth function, which likely I would have done regardless of it breaking or not. Thanks for a great product with good value for the price paid.

Product arrived on time. however wireless card was not installed correctly. It feels like the part we're hastily put together and shipped without a quality check. The fact that the wireless network card was not part not connected to the mother board but wedged between the graphics card and the frame of the tower is baffling considering the cost i would have expected this to have been identified when building the pc. I will update this review after I have been able to test in full.
