Effective and gentle on the stomach
I suffer from constipation. These work really effectively. And are gentle on the stomach. They get me going without giving me the runs. Usually take about 12hrs to take affect. They taste ok too.

Effective, but take care.
These fruit cubes are very palatable and for me effective. However, if you’ve never had them before I suggest you take half of one at first until you gauge how your body reacts. They sometimes cause me to have quite bad stomach ache.

They work
Taste pretty yuck but bearable, very gently on the stomach, good to know they're natural.

Gradually stopped working for me
My first box seemed to work but then gradually stopped. But looking at the ingredients this product contains Guar Gum which is very bad for your guts. It’s a harmful bacteria - it’s used to bind up ingredients - used in a lot of foodstuffs. The avoiding UPF movement cites this alongside Xanthum gum as harmful and to be avoided. (UPF is Ultra Processed Food)

They work
These were recommended to me by a friend. They are quite difficult to chew and swallow, they don’t seem to break down. I have sorted that out with the help of a glass of water to drink whilst chewing them , it helps to swallow them. The taste is fine, but most of all they work. That’s my opinion, someone else might think differently.
