These work great. Love the 2 skewer type so the meet, veggies will cook more evenly on my hibachi grill. Have used multiple times and easy to clean. Great buy and value. Will buy again when I need to.

I use these for grilling Chicken breast chunks in heavily marinated mediterranean or indian recipes where you don't want contact with the grill grate and use a skewer rack.. Previously, I'd use single skewers / bamboo skewers on a kabob rack and the meat would always rotate back to the heavy side making it impossible to grill all sides of the kabobs evenly.These solve the problem with dual prongs - the meat never spins around and you can flip the skewer on the rack to get a good browning on both sides. I got some oven gloves to handle them instead of clumsy mittens.Meat was easy to put on and the slider makes it easy to take off - begin threading the meat with the slider close to the point and let the meat push it back as you skewer more and more chunks.I scrub them with a pad and then put them in the dishwasher and they come out clean enough.

I thought having a double skewers would make it but more stable than a single one. I also like that it had the part to push the food off. It’s a great idea in theory but I find it difficult to skewer food on these. For some reason when first adding food the skewers do not want to stay together and would split the veggies and towards the end the skewers twist and make it hard to push it on. I am now looking for single skewers to replace these.

This is wonderful! They are sturdy and hold the items in place on the skewer.

No more food spinning on the skewers. The two forks enable you to flip the food and not have to worry about turning some of the items by hand. The lengths are adequate for a meal.

These were too wide for certain foods and would cause them to break apart, such as baby Bella mushrooms and shrimp (two ingredients commonly used on skewers...). I ended up buying a single prong version by another brand because I couldn't return these, but these were just not working for what I needed. Based on these being too wide for certain things, I had to separate them so I could put the ingredients on only one side, or I would try to alternate the ingredients on every other side, which defeated the purpose of having the dual prongs but also squished the food between the two the closer you got to the top. Also, only using one side of it made it a challenge trying to flip these when grilling, because the food would spin instead of flipping over like it was supposed to (likely because these were not designed for single side use). Also, the pusher function didn't fully remove everything from the prongs, so I'd have to use a fork or my fingers to get the rest of it off, which I was surprised about since you would think if they built in a product feature like that, it would actually work to remove all of the food. I hadn't considered any of these issues when I was shopping around, so I figured it was worth a review and sharing my experience.
