I chose the Kayseari Tocotrienols because I was looking for a high quality "D" that was not a synthetic substitute manufactured with chemicals. I wanted something that came from natural sources, My belief is that the body doesn't really benefit form synthetics, and they can actually be detrimental to your health.So, that being said, my purpose for wanting a D is to use it as a vehicle to ingest a progesterone powder, applied to my gums. This formulation is perfect for transdermal applications to the gums.The full spectrum formulation is attractive, and the taste is actually somewhat savory.I will be using this product again and again!

It is very hard to tell with this dropper having no marks on the tube what is really the products full dropper full. Serving size if 2ml, 2 droppers daily. That's 1,000mg of d-alpha toc. d beta toc. g gamma toc. d delta toc. (Plus their blend of other ingredients, pine bark grapeseed, pinetree oil, pinus sylvestris and orange oil, you might check to see if you need these added ingredients first) It says it takes two dropper fulls per serving. I wish instead they would say how many mg are in one droplet so I do not need to take that much I found recommended dose should be about 3mg a day. . I get very little in a full squeeze of the bulb. With the full squeeze of the bulb I can then get 5 droplets consistently. I think this would equate to 100mg per droplet? Not sure, but that is too much mg for me in even one drop then. I think the recommended is about 3Mg a day for women.
