I use this for ballistic testing of air rifle ammo and it is excellent.They all have a yellow tinge but this is the clearest I have found, pretty much the cheapest as well which is a bonus.Used at a 4 or 5/1 ratio one packet produced a decent sized block that can be recycled several times.Overall perfect for what I need

I use gelatine for making gesso and paint and usually use shop bought gelatine which has served me well over the years. I decided that I needed it in greater quantities than would prove worth the while buying from shops so I bought some from these guys. This is an excellent gelatine for gesso, it has a high strength. Moreover, it absorbs water very easily leaving no lumps, something that the shop bought powdered gelatines can be prone to.

I follow some of Ray Peat's dietary recommendatoins. Apparently lots of people have too much serotonin, contrary to the mainstream view, too much serotonin causes a host of issues like depression, lethargy etc. Since gelatin has all the essential amino acids except tryptophan, it can deplete serotonin. I can feel this effect when I make gelatin tea, I can feel a kind of clarity, focus and drive from it.

Arrived when promised. Eco-friendly packaging which I appreciate. Can't embellish since it does what it says. Follow instructions for use and "Bob's your Uncle!" :) I would certainly recommend.

I was using this together with gelatine to make a gelli plate for printing. Absolutely brilliant! Mixed really easily with no lumps, slow stirring meant no air bubbles. The resulting plate is permanent and produces good prints. Will definitely buy again.

Bought for home made marshmallows. Does a much better job than the supermarket version and family rate the flavour as better too.

The instructions for using this product make it, in my view, unsuitable for most homecooks especially if they are not very mathematically minded. Even if you are good at maths the instructions are fairly complex and require a certain amount of trial and error to prepare.
