It works
It works but it feels cheap which it is. The stickers that cover the pods causes more problems than it needs. The domes are tiny. A one inch seedling out grows it. But it works.

Great product for the price
Setup was easy enough and I have seedlings after a few days. Only thing is it’s hard to see the fill line from the side so I just eyeball it when pouring the water.

Just great
Absolutely incredible. I bought this to start seeds to transplant instead of spending tons on starter sets. More than worth the money. Qqqqqqqq

Beware - single use disposable system
This works well but I can't find refills and this one is different that all other - the pods are square and the round one available everywhere don't fit. So you plant 12 then throw it away. Sux cause it a to nice a system for a single use

New to hydroponics, but this is working out pretty good so far
A bit of background, but I am new to hydroponics but have a pretty decent amount of experience growing plants and vegetables in the ground and in planters. It took me awhile before I started using this after ordering it, but that is only because I wanted to compare growing the same seeds in a plastic pot outdoors and in the hydroponic kit. The results so far has been interesting so far, but I can’t really draw a conclusion yet, so I will just say that there are pluses and minuses to both methods. Some of those differences, notably watering, are kinda obvious so I won’t make those comparisons. I I am not looking for a “winner” since i will probably use both methods. The hydroponics kit is easy enough to use and is really easy to check on and maintain. It does give off a prodigious amount of light so that would have been good to know in advance. I am always looking ahead to the next growing season and I do appreciate that I only need to invest in a new set of growing sponges, or whatever material, and maybe some growing solution. So far, my experience has been great and kinda entertaining.Okay, let me address why I only gave four stars. The product works great and there is a decent amount of documentation in the booklet, but it is a bit confusing. It took me a while to figure out why a sheet of stickers was included and I am still a bit unsure I used them correctly (only until the plant germinated, btw.) It would also have been helpful to understand when to use each of the different light settings. I am kinda guessing at that too. I am sure these are the sort of things that someone who is already familiar with hydroponic gardening would know, but this beginner is still on a bit of a learning curve.
