It came quickly, no problems. I’ve only been taking it for a couple of weeks so really don’t see much difference,I just moved from my home and I managed to keep up with the moving guys, so I guess it working!! I seem to have more energy.

The thing about these "blends" is, the more you cram into a single capsule, the less potent it will be. I mean the capsule can only hold so much. So yes you may be getting a lot of cool different nutrients but they're such little quantity that it'll barely matter. This one is a blend but is focused on the beet root, and that's why I got it. Though I don't feel any energy boost, I do feel the nitric oxide benefits. And I like that I only have to take one capsule daily, so it lasts longer (has 100 capsules).

I read the reviews and did the research and this seems to be it. It was affordable. Shipped quickly and has met all my expectations.
