The solar panel is in a temp spot for now. Right out of the box it worked brilliantly, no charging(it was night time). Second day worked good, 3rd day it didn’t last all night, but may not have gotten full sun all day. I still like this light, it gives off enough light for my porch, I do have it on a low/high setting for motion. It does come in a clear white, I put a yellow lens cover to keep the moths and mosquitoes at bay. It does not affect the sensor motion at all. Both the light and solar panel have nice brackets to mount and mounting kit. The cord is pretty long. Will it last only time will tell. Remote control is ok, should have read the instructions(who reads instructions anymore). I sit about 5-6 feet away from light at an angle and it works perfectly. Remote does come with a button cell battery. I almost wish I had seen this light before I order my other two huge lights, this one is lightweight and easy to install.

The light is bright but I can't change settings or turn it on or off due to the remote not working with the battery that was provided. I bought a new battery and it still didn't work. It might be a hit or miss with the remote. But the light is bright but can only be controlled by the little remote that is provided.

The very first solar light we purchased was a much bigger one it was easy to install as was this one then we purchased several more but one piece solar panel on top lights underneath. Out of the six one piece we purchased only one still works none were over 1 year old. The two piece like this is over two years old. This one has very good brightness the battery life outlasts all of the one piece. The motion detection works well. It’s a great value for the money

I've had this up for a few months and it randomly turns itself off like it has an error to reset. I installed it where both the light and solar panel are not exposed to weather. The solar panel stays in full sun, so plenty of charge. It will work for a few days and than not for a few days. I have unplugged it as well as changed the the time settings on the remote, but it has the same issue. It was very bright and the light panel is heavy duty. Really wanted to like the product, but it does not work properly. I had it for a month before setting it up. I started having issues within 2-3 months of it being installed.
