This is the first time I’ve ordered this product. When I opened the sealed packaging, the soft chews were all stuck together in a ball. When I try to separate them, they just crumble to pieces.

Can't get my fur baby's to eat them

My dog does eat these but the smell is really bad and I don’t see any improvement in his coat

Decreased shedding which is amazing, however it's really difficult to get the pups to eat it. There's something about the flavor they don't like. We had an older jar that they gobbled just fine and the the last two, it's a struggle, so heading for another brand, hoping it works as well.

Our yellow lab has an immune system deficit that causes him some minor issues. One of them is excessive shedding. Changing his diet and getting him professionally groomed helps, but in desperation and filled with a desire to stop vacuuming literally 2-3x a day, I got these. We had him professionally groomed with deshedding shampoo and started these little treats on the same day. A week later there was a noticeable improvement in his shedding. Two weeks later we couldn't easily pluck handfuls of fur off of him, which was unusual. I wasn't convinced it was these tasty treats, but week 4 post grooming he would normally be shedding buckets and ready to go back, but he wasn't. I'm pretty convinced it is the treats. We give him one treat at each meal, which is less than recommended for his 80 pounds, but I really think they're helping with the excessive shedding. I can't attest to anything else like softer fur or shinier fur; I haven't noticed a difference in that, but as long as he isn't leaving a two inch thick pile of dog hair everywhere he goes, I'm okay with that.
