I'm a senior with hip replacements. I'd begin to find my hips bothering me again when I found an old pair of these in my closet. It had been years since i wore them. I figured I'd try them again. These are soft enough to be comfortable but have a hard plastic in the middle to provide real support! Within 24 hours I began to notice the pain in my hop and lower back fading away! I've even begun walking without a cane again! So I bought a new set for my other shoes and sneakers! I just have to remember to remove the insoles that came with the sneakers before I insert these new orthotics! And a lot less expensive than the custom orthotics that insurance won't cover!I'm sold!

Switched from SuperFeet Black to those after reading about them here on Amazon. Really pleased with them. As supportive as SuperFeet with a bit more cushioning. My feet are wide and flat, and I have these in both running shoes and hiking shoes. Feel great in both. Even better...made in OH USA. Definitely recommended.

High quality

I purchased the Powerstep Pinnacle Low because of my low arches. The insoles are comfortable and there is not nagging pressure on my arches unlike some other insoles. Recommended.
