My left leg wasn't it shorter after hip surgery and these insoles brought me up to the same height with my left leg as my right leg and they're very comfortable to use.

Very comfortable, gives some hight. More comfortable than a 400 dollar pair of orthotics.

Overall good. A wee bit narrower than other brands ive tried. Good support down through the arch, the lift is great for tight Achilles tendons and post surgical therapy. I like the range of sizes in this pack to test out what works best in which shoes

The price is great and it is faithful to its basic features. There are three different heights, so you can choose according to the height you want. My heels don't hurt, so I feel much more comfortable with plantar fasciitis.

Best when worn in solid uppers shoes. IE dress shoes, work boots, sneakers. Any kind of casual or mesh shoes are a problem as they are too loose to maximize height benefits because feet slide away from the arch support position and off the side of insert. Also best with no socks or with anti skid socks. In regular socks feet slide, as well, compromising height. The base of these should be wider in general. After natural compression of product under your weight in addition to sliding feet factor, you get a 1/2” at best of additional height. But for $10…whatever.

Come in Zip bag...very VERY narrow, not much cushion for ball of feet, good comfortable heel.

If you need to increase your height in one or both legs... look no further these insoles are what you need.

After receiving them, I installed them in my shoes, put my shoes on. And found the inserts would terribly hoard on my feet could not use them, sent them back. It would have been too uncomfortable to keep.
