I have a Bradford white mitw40l6bn15 with blower motor 119233-00, will this part assemble work on my tank? Thanks !

119233-00-I am unable to reference this number so I don't know what the replacement is. But I don't think this is the correct blower as the number does not match yours.

Will this blower fit a MITW50L6CX15. The fan blade has a broken piece inside and is making a lot of noise so I only need the motor and fan assembly .

I'm not certain it would fit your heater. Mine is still in the box because I ordered the wrong one. If you are handy and willing to disassemble the unit it might work.
