I have ordered this product a few times over the past few years. I do get yearly Vitamin D3 blood test to substantiate that my levels are normal. This product helps me to keep my levels in the normal range. It has really helped to improve my bone density ( in addition to adding calcium & magnesium). It is nice to take one gel cap of this each week rather than having to take a lesser strength dose of another product daily. I recommend that you get at least a yearly blood test from your doctor to make sure you are not at a toxic level for vitamin D while using this product.

My mom had vitamin D deficiency for just few months really worked so well so my mom got off to it because she got enough vitamin D already. This is easy to swallow because my mom prefers gummies instead of any pills but somehow it works well for my mom who very picky too. Taste is tasteless and size it’s just right especially to the people who hate pills and swallow. If anyone needs this one again I will recommend it.

I won't know if it did what it was supposed to do until I go to my doctor again which will be in 6 months however this is what she wanted me to take and I was able to get it without a script. It is easy to swallow and therefore I would continue to take it if I needed it but it is high dose vitamin d and I'm hoping I won't need it forever. It is once a week dosing. I will purchase it again if I need to continue with the high dosage of vitamin d as per her instructions

Didn’t know this strength was available over the counter. I was already on a high dose for 3 months, but as soon as I stopped I felt worse. They won’t prescribe it again and my doctor is too lazy to monitor my levels, so I take this once weekly to make sure they stay okay. I tried daily supplements of different strengths, but they did nothing for me. No side effects from this either.
