I purchased this product believing that its higher price point would guarantee a significant improvement over standard non-stick cookware. Unfortunately, I have had a truly awful experience and am writing this review as a warning to others, particularly those who do Indian cooking. Despite the pan being marketed as "better than normal non-stick," the reality is the complete opposite. When cooking typical Indian dishes—such as dals, sabzis, or even just tempering spices—food sticks constantly and aggressively to the surface. It is virtually unusable for my daily cooking needs. This sticking issue makes simple tasks tedious, requires excessive oil, and makes cleaning a nightmare. The product simply does not deliver on the core promise of being non-stick, especially under the normal heat and preparation methods of Indian cuisine. I would strongly advise against buying this for Indian cooking. It has been a significant and disappointing waste of money. The company needs to seriously look into improving the durability and actual non-stick performance of this surface. Would you like me to suggest some general tips that might help reduce sticking in non-stick pans, as it's often related to how they are used and maintained, especially with high-heat cooking.
