I got this nostril retainer to help with healing after rhinoplasty. It’s made of soft silicone and feels smooth, so it doesn’t scratch or irritate the inside of the nose. Once in place with the small strip of tape it comes with, it stays put and gives a bit of structure to keep the nostrils from collapsing.
