This book is essential reading in understanding the untapped power of your subconcious.

A must read book that's extremely practical.

Firstly, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because some of the punctuation is missing and at least one paragraph was muddled. I bought the kindle version and it could possibly have been my device that created these errors.That said, it was entirely refreshing to read such a positive and inspirational writing. It is written in a way that at least one example ought to deeply resonate with the reader.I read this book from a neutral standpoint, accepting what was being presented at face value, with no preconceived ideas about what should be contain in it or what I should gain from reading it. I had no expectations and I was pleasantly surprised.I think I reached chapter 3 before firmly deciding that I need to maintain a more positive outlook on life with optimism at every turn.I am certain the principles in this book, when applied, work as intended. I think back to events that occurred earlier in my life and I cannot deny there is some merit to the techniques mentioned. The book confirmed that I consciously brought about those results whether intended or unintended.I shan't waffle on, but I do recommend this book to anyone contemplating change.
