KASUNTEST Professional Sound Level Meter Digital Noise Tester Range:30 to 130dB with Large LCD Display and Backlit

I purchased this to measure loudness of my 2-channel audio system as I adjust speaker position. The meter is easy to use and the display is large enough for my middle age eyes to read without having to find my reading glasses. Having the choice of "A" or "C" weighting is also a plus. Overall, a very good meter especially for the price.

Because it's digital (and not analogue) it only gives you snapshots of the dB, no matter whether you set "fast" or "slow".This makes it pretty impractical for any kind of audio work, although I imagine it would be ok if you didn't need an accurate meter (like for construction or something similar).The display isn't updated frequently enough, and the numbers displayed are all over the place, making it tough to gauge SPL levels like you would easily be able to do with an analogue meter.I bought this to replace "SPL Meter" in my phone, but discovered that the phone is more useful than this is...I will be looking elsewhere for another one.

Needed an inexpensive C weighted SPL meter and this worked great. Nice display, back lit, accurate and it comes with a carring case.

Product works fine but the data logger is not accessible and was the reason I bought the product. Connection to a computer is just for power. Searched the internet on how to access data logger but no info is available.

The Item arrived sooner than expected and was easy to use. I use it in a Server Lab to find those areas hearing protection is required. It is easy to use and there is no doubt about the readings.

The stereo's automatic calibration system was quite a bit off. This allowed me to dial in the levels perfectly. Only con is that the battery life isn't great... but it does work well.

The build quality is great but the dB readings are consistently higher than expected. I'm hoping there's a way to fix it but haven't figured it out yet.
