I used to take only 1 capsule but now I'm taking 2 capsules for ripid hair growth along with my the mane choice hair oil and my hair is growing nicely. Wished that your warehouse didn't stop selling these the mane choice metabolism hair growth. Thanks June L Moore

Prefer the gummies over this but both work great. The capsules just mess my stomach up a little.

Since using this product, my nails have been growing and are extremely stronger. I started using the product because I have thin hair. The older I get, I've noticed that my curls don't look as full. It has been a slower process seeing results with my hair versus my nails, but I am seeing the progression. I take 2 pills every day and I use other Mane Choice hair products. Together, my hair is growing faster and is much stronger. I've had several bleach treatments that left my hair weak. The Mane Choice pills and hair products have made a difference. My hair is stronger and I no longer leave a bunch of hair in the comb!

These pills really work! I suggest that before you start using them take a (before) photo so you can keep track of your progress as the months go by. My 4C hair grows slow and that is an issue that I've always had, but with these pills I'm seeing 1-2 inches of growth a month. That might not sound like much, but to a person who struggles with growth, this would be considered a lot. My hair is much thicker too. I recently started using their growth oil as well and it keeps my scalp moisturized. I'm a fan of their products and now they sell these at my local beauty supply store so I don't have to purchase them online anymore.

Since taking this brand if Hair Vitamin, I have noticed that my hair has gotten thicker, & seems to be growing a little faster. I have taking them for 4 months now. The tablets are very big & hard to swallow. I have to let them desolve in my mouth, which leaves a bitter taste, & drink lots of water behind them. The things we do for beauty! 😆 But they seem to be working & I will buy again.

Love,love,love this item!! My hair was in a bit of a stand still place for a while but since i started taking these my hair, skin, and nails are flourishing!!! I take the two pills every morning at breakfast and drink tons of water and my hair is loving me for that! If you’re willing to drink the water(one cup doesn’t count get to 8) and keep up with the pills i think these will work for you too.

Honestly I was skeptical at first. I’ve tried so many hair growth products just to be let down, but not anymore!! Manetabolism plus vitamins have made my thin,brittle, bleached hair healtier, fuller, thicker and longer! It didn’t mess up my skin (if anything my skin is more clear!) I’m on my 3rd month (in the pic I didn’t include the 3rd month) this will forever be my main hairgrowth product. The only thing I can say is they smell kinda funky (like vitamins do) and make sure you eat a small snack and drink lots of water when you take them, and they make the rest of your body hair grow too lol . Other then that I give this product 5 stars and a million A+++
