You don't squeeze the bottle
Ordered two but have only used one so far as another one is intended for another person. Glad I haven't read the listing instruction as it contradicts the leaflet. You don't squeeze the bottle but use the valve and it works fine. Also the item I got is 300 ml, not 500, and no salts supplied with it.Though I can rinse my nose without equipment I found this device doing the job very well and a lot more comfortable. And quick, too. When I thought I'd just started with one side the bottle was empty in a few seconds, I had to look at it to see it. Then the other side took longer, but that's where I have a problem. Feeling a lot better straight away, very useful device, I think I'll be using it regularly.Hope the other bottle is OK, too, will be back to update.

Great bottle
Great appliance but only 1 problem, although the bottle was wrapped inside box the 2nd nozzle was stuck up the tube!! Fortunately my husband banged the tube a couple of times really hard that it fell out. Think the packets or manufacturers could make sure that this doesn’t happen by wrapping them separately from the bottle and tube????

My first initial thoughts about this product'
I received this left at my front door my amazon prime man, opened it and read thought instructions and then tried using it for first time - where felt like was maybe some dry catarrh in nostril. My immediate thoughts - is this helped clear the catarrh, feels like I can breathe deeper, when I actually tried to do the process of using the douche I was a bit confused maybe - I felt like while using it for some reason like I had some pressure in my eyes while pushing/pumping the water through one nostril and out the other like shown in picture. I am not sure why "luke warm water" or warm tap water is recommended - could you do this with normal cool tap water I wonder? When I first tried this I didn't have to use all 150ml per nostril as instructed, but only about 75ml per nostril. I will continue to try to experiment using this everyday maybe for deep breathing pranayama help, maybe I actually need leave question on this amazon page - or any volunteers to answer my thoughts here I wonder?

Disappointed
I had no success with this gadget. The idea is a good one but I found it impossible to get a seal between the nozzle and my nostril. The nozzle is made of hard plastic in the shape of a miniature factory chimney ?when it should be of rounded rubber.AI found it imply to.I found it was impossible to get a we because the nozzles al between my nostril and the nozzle is !add of hard plastic shaped like the top of a miniature factory chimney when I think it should be of soft roux rubI

It works a must have for hay-fever sufferers
As its spring and we had a "pollen bomb" this occurs when plants that couldn't flower earlier in the spring do so all at once. and omg my nose was so blocked I could not sleep and it was constantly runny so I did a quick search during the night and this product at the time was on prime so it came the next day and thank god!I boiled 300ml water added some salt (try boiling it otherwise you will get slight painful burning like when you go swimming and the chlorine gets inside not the best feeling haha) I waited for it to cool down to body temperature roughly 37 degrees Celsius then filled the bottle up. During my first attempt, my nose was so blocked nothing was happening so I switched to the other nostril and to my delight the fluid flowed out the other nostril thank goodness! I let half through one and the other 150ml through the other when I was finished I looked in the sink bowl, I could see all the nasal mucus gunk it looked like green and brownish colour! As gross as it was it did a fantastic job my nose was clear again I could breathe normal and I slept really well that night!Totally recommend this product for all hayfever sufferers the plastic is made from good quality looks like will last a long time
