Very helpful. I have restless legs many nights, and this helps them stay calm so I can sleep. It's easy to take and has a pleasant chocolaty flavor (a bit too strong, in my opinion, but ok).

I don’t use this daily, just on the days I feel I need a little extra support. I feel like it dis help a bit, but I can’t say it’s like a miracle relief or anything. That may depend on your specific reason for using it though. The taste is pretty good. The consistency is thicker, similar to honey. I like to just eat it but you could make some tea and put it in there I bet.
