Maybelline New York Mascara Lash Sensational Sky High Volumizing & Thickening Eyelash Lengthening, Top Coat, Space Diamond

I purchased this mascara in the colours “very black” and “Burgandy haze” and have slightly different reviews for both- The black one firstly, I absolutely loveee, so easy and clean to use and as you can see, makes my lashes super long so will 100% buy again. With the Burgandy one, it does also make my lashes super long, however I found the formula to be extremely thick and messy, it took a lot of cleaning up and brushing through my lashes to make it look nice and not clumpy. If I decide to use it again it’s definitely something to be applied before foundation/concealer etc. Removal of the black one was quick and easy like most mascaras but again with the Burgandy one, it was a long struggle to finally get it removed and left my eye feeling very sensitive. I personally found the Burgandy colour to be very subtle and only really notice a difference in direct light otherwise it just looks black, I do like it which somewhat makes the application struggle worth it but I don’t think I’d buy that one again. Overall happy with my purchases though especially when considering the good price! (Deducted a star for the Burgandy haze struggle)

I have been consistently ordering this mascara now since it blew up on social media a couple of years ago and I'm still yet to find a match for both affordability and quality. I was nervous the first time I opened the burgundy shade as it does look VERY burgundy, however once applied to the lashes the colour difference is so subtle and not an obvious "omg she's wearing red mascara". My blue eyes are definitely more enhanced by this colour and it is now the go to shade I purchase. I apply mascara probably around 5x per week and I would say I go through around one tube every 6 months, so definite value for money. I also love the way this mascara removes, it is a tubing mascara - meaning when you wash your face it doesn't come off in watery streaks all down your face, it rubs off into small balls of product that easily wipe away. When the product is opened, for the first few uses I do find that there is a lot of product on the wand which can overload the lashes, but perhaps that is down to my personal preference as I do generally go for a more natural look.

I purchased this regularly. Its a great price compared to what you expect to pay on the high street. Its waterproof and long lasting.

Lovely product, doesn't smudge or transfer on hooded eyes, even when they are watery.....colour is subtle and beautiful

I agree with an early review, the mascara arrives with no security seal which has made me think twice about using it. Feel more assured now i've read another customer making the same point & agree that had it not come from Maybelline direct I would be returning.

I like the colour, I find the brush to be less sturdy than other mascara brushes I’ve used before which was a bit of an adjustment. I’m not used to them flopping! And I don’t think this brush makes my lashes as big as others I’ve used. But nice for a change and I can always use a different brush

Good quality mascara in an unusual colour - very dark green. You can't really tell it's green once it's applied, but it's a softer look than wearing black mascara. I bought this as the last mascara I got (which was much cheaper) irritated my eyes. The Maybelline mascara is comfortable to wear and stays on well. I am wondering how long the bottle will last, as the last couple of brush applications didn't seem to be as well-loaded, but hopefully it will keep going for long enough to be good value.

I can't praise this mascara enough. I bought it in plum colour. It doesn't smudge, it stays put for at least 12 hours, love the brush that gently separates and applies the product to each of my lashes giving a full fan look without any clumps. Most importantly, as I am one that has sensitive eyes and wears lenses full day, this mascara feels light and gave me no irritation for more than 3 weeks of everyday wear. I'm super happy with the purchase and will be repurchasing in the same colour and in black. Highly reccomending.

Electric blue i love it. Only down side is it's pretty gluey to get off.
