Baseus Nomos 5-in-1 Charging Station 140W, Qi2 Certified 15W Magnetic Wireless Charger with 100W Retractable Cable, GaN Fast USB C Desktop Charger for Magsafe, iPhone 16/15 Pro Max, MacBook Pro

I purchased this charger/charging station after my Anker one—which was more money and less capable—just died out one day. About 20 minutes after I opened the box I ordered another one for my office because it was so convenient and attractive. It doesn’t look like anything special in the photos, but you can really feel and see the build quality in person. Also, I’ve always avoided retractable cables because they get stuck and are generally annoying, but this one glides so smoothly that I have had and can’t imaging having any issues with it. Since Anker seems to have some serious quality control these days, I’ve been trying other brands. UGREEN has been my Anker replacement for batteries and small chargers because I like the little robot face ones (and they work well and are compact). However, Baseus is going to be my go-to as well now, especially for anything with a built-in cable. I can’t speak to the longevity of the product, but it’s been fantastic for the last month both at home and in the office. I wish they made compact 24,000 mAh 67-100W output batteries, because I’d love having those with a retractable cable. I found some good ones recently, but if Baseus offers these in the future I’d like to try them. My only complaint is their small product line, but that’ll probably improve with time. I ended up buying this because I needed a charging station with a two-prong outlet that I could use in Japan, as almost everything in this category uses three-prong. Everything about this charger is exactly what I wanted/needed and I definitely recommend it.Of course, should anything change (since I’ve only been using it for a short time) I’ll update this review accordingly.

Works exceptionally well as advertised. Has plenty of ports, wireless charging pad works pleasantly & allows devices to pull max power. I'd love to see a V2 with a spot to charge an apple watch/airpods, a bit more heft in the base to help prevent it sliding around when retracting the cable (it is admittedly a two handed operation, one on the base one on the cable) and perhaps more vertical incline on the charging pad, works fine for nightstand mode (not sure about the complaints about it blocking the ports since it's evident it's meant to be propped when the phone is horizontal) but could use some more lift if used on a desk for example. Overall very high quality all around and a great desk or night table companion, and incredibly compact for the power it can deliver.

UPDATE- Baseus reached out and offered a full refund. Incredible customer service. Will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.Original-Rare miss from Baseus. Charging is all over the place with my Samsung s24 ultra. It ramps up to 25w then disconnects then back to 9w then disconnects and back to 9w then disconnects and then keeps repeating itself. It must be something with QC or PD protocols because it will charge my battery bank at 62w no problem. Wireless charging also won't go above 4w, my Samsung charger will do 15w. Maybe this works better with iPhones, but stay away if you have a Samsung. Which is a shame because it looks really nice and I love the included cable. I bought two of these which was not cheap and they both exhibit the same behavior.

Rock solid construction for the case, pivoting and extendable Qi2 pad and the retractable USB-C cord. I love the 140W capacity, especially with the data screen's total readout of each port's power status. One reviewer commented that the phone on the Qi2 pad interfered with the with the two ports underneath that area but his photos showing this conflict did not appear to have the pad extended while elevated. I extended mine while wirelessly charging my iPhone 14 Pro Max and had no such issues. The detachable power cord is a great touch for travel mobility when I take this to our condo. Finally, I did have cause to contact Baseus via Amazon's link about another product and their reply resolved my inquiry the same day. In short, great design, quality, support and high-end value in my experience and opinion.

great charger overall just don't know why the usb-c and usb-a charging with the cords (samsung) does a reboot for charging what should take only 30 minutes is null and void. software issue? not sure. but I bought another for a co-worker thinking maybe my device is defective but it's not the case. would be nice to see this addressed as it ramps up in charge then cycles through charging again.

1. Arrived broken. There's a line inside the screen.2. It mysteriously turned itself off when I parked my car (there's a 120V output in my car), which shouldn't have happened as the engine was still one. It came into live again when I re-plugged it into the outlet. But the whole thing is just mysterious.3. The UI/UX design is disastrous. The wattage numbers jump too quickly and just gives people the feeling that it's unstable. I'm not sure if it's really this unstable, but this feeling is bad.4. The plug is too large. It's a two-prong plug but almost as big as a three-prong. Not sure what's the purpose. I guess a regular AC power cable would work too, as a replacement.

I really wished for this to work, as it's a perfect solution that looks nice for all my devices. I always have iPhone, MacBook pro, iPad, AirPods, Apple Watch. This would have consolidated everything except for a watch charging cable. Well, first unit's retractable 100W cable did not work. Either the cable was defective or the charger was unable to charge my macbook. So I got a replacement. Charging cable worked great. But the QI wireless charging platform was defective were it did not lock in place. Two units both defective? No thank you.

It’s a great device so far. It hasn’t failed me and has been able to power all my devices, laptop, phone, headphones, and watch without an issue. If you can get the other included item for free, I think this deal is a no brainer.
