brings the heat
adds great heat when used liberally in your cooking. I use it alongside ras el hanout to bring a fiery side to north african influenced cuisine. good value for money i feel. Will buy again!

It is only 60% scotch bonnet, I wanted 70% as listed. Seller has not responded to my messages.
