Product is great, material feels of good quality. I wrote to them for a clarification of shipping charges after I had put in an order. They were kind enough to amend the shipping charges but did not actually reply to my email in writing. This seems a little strange as everyone else seems to have had very good customer service.

It’s exactly what I needed. Very heavy duty material. Not sure if it’s waterproof but I have no intention of leaving it uncovered. It fit perfectly and the color matches perfectly with the rest of my outdoor color scheme. Very good quality.

Nice material but it has a draw string instead of elastic + drawstring. Not easy to put on and doesn’t cover or protect your mattress all the way around (only top of mattress). For what I paid for my outdoor cover, I guess I expected more.
