Small Jar missing in the box
I ordered an Ultra Stealth Neo mixie on September 4, 2025, and received it the next day. However, upon opening the box, I was shocked to find the small jar missing, with only its empty box included. I requested a return, and they informed me they would call on September 10. How could a reputed brand deliver a product missing one of its key accessories (the jar)?

This is 2nd mixer i am purchasing. O also have grinder from them. It is best in quality no doubt even though bit higher in price it is worth it. More jar options if they give it is better
