The hairpiece doesn't light up. After some investigation I isolated the problem to a faulty button (shorting out the button leads causes the lights to light up). Got a replacement via Amazon and it has the exact same problem. The item description says the seller is available 24/7, however support is solely handled via Amazon. This is a low quality product that will likely cause many tears with your little one.
