This vest is great for a power walk or run I even worse mine for Rebounding. Love that I couod.remove half.thw weights, as it is heavy for me with 10kgs, but my husband has used the full weight . So it caters for both myself (at 5 foot 5 and weighing about 52kfs), and my husband (6 foot 4 and 110kgs).

Not so great for a lady as it sits right on my chest.Can be quite heavy on my boobs.But very well made and heavy.

It's comfortable enough although bulkier than I would of wanted. Good value

I chose this vest because you can add more weight gradually instead of having to keep buying new vests to increase difficulty! It’s also fairly priced. It’s well made, the weight is nicely distributed which makes it comfortable to wear. I have a rather large bust and this vest still fits nicely even when sides are tied. The front mesh pocket is a nice touch if you need somewhere to carry your phone and keys if you go for a walk with it fir example. This weighted vest is also comfortable to wear around the house ( I wear it for about 30 mins a day as it’s great for building bone density).

Goid vest, nice that you can adjust the weight. A little smelly for the rubber material though.

This vest and weight's combination is such a good way to workout compared to free weight's especially if your limited on space like I am. There are two weight options to go for with initial purchase, 1.8-4.5kg or the one I went for 5-9kg. I highly recommend if just starting out with a fitness program to go for the lighter weighted vest for safety measure's. The vest itself is comfortable, good amount of adjustability on the straps and very durable with three pockets on the front and back to add the additional six sand bag's as your fitness progresses. Fantastic Ideal whether training at home or outdoors. I'm currently just using the vest on it's own at the moment as that is already 5kg without the extra sand bag's, and I'm just wearing it at home during my normal day carrying out normal household chores as well as using this in conjunction with my VR gaming workout's and its brilliant. For me this is such a good way to workout and burn calories with minimal effort.

This is a solid piece of kit for a weight journey. Comfortable to wear, easy to adjust via the side straps. Moves a bit if doing any high activity, but that's understandable. Comes with 6 sandbags in addition to the existing vest which is 5kg.The bags are fiddly to get back in if you take them out so if you are using them in a weight program bear that in mind if you need to amend in workout. It's good for just walking as it is effective without jumping around!
