Great laser for the money
Great laser. Super easy to setup and use. Way more powerful than i expected. And Great customer service

Arrived early and was packaged securely, the instructions aren't great so if this is your first laser watch a YouTube about it. The laser only works on Mac/iOS, Android and Microsoft. Laserburn app is easy to use but you gotta figure out all the quirks. All in all I'm happy with the product even if I have to disassemble it and reassemble it again smh

Not worth the hassle.
Terrible. Difficult set-up, especially if you want to add the camera. Then to trying to return it was an absolute joke. The company is located overseas, so it's difficult to contact them and communicate your issues on e you eventually do.

The media could not be loaded. longer ray5 20w laser is easy to use and set up. It’s a good value for the money. Customer service responses well.
