Horrible customer service hiding behind words placed in the description. I was told a warning in red that was visible which said in warmer months there was risk of melting but it wasn’t easily visible for me because I missed it. With that said, there’s no way these yogu drops should have liquified and hardened to a big block. All yogu drops melted and created a big block. I’ve already cut back buying items from this company and remained a customer for two items. This did it for me. I’ll take my business elsewhere for the final items. Simple solution for the company: Don’t offer this product during warmer months. Or place up front and easily visible that the product WILL melt. There are some approved vendors on Facebook and Etsy that will offer a better product as well as better customer service. Do not buy in warm months because it will melt.

I have three albino rats (lab rats) and some of them are picky snack eaters. That being said- I have NEVER had them not take one of these. My girls love them so much. They smell natural, even delicious. It’s the perfect little size for their tiny hands. Be warned- your fur baby will get addicted. But in a good way.

My sugar gliders love these. This is a good amount for a good price. Mine came with half the bag melted and it is October and 38 degrees where I live I contacted the seller and of course got the generic response of we had a warning in warmer weather these could melt and suggested i get them ovwrnighted if i dont want them to be melted. Well it is not above 80 degrees or anywhere near it. I ended up cutting the giant melted chunk into pieces and then took all the flakes that came off and put them in a coffee cup and put them in the microwave for 2 minutes to make it soft (weird they don't melt in the microwave as well as they did in the mail lol) and then I smashed it onto some parchment paper and cut it up into pieces before it became completely solid again and my gliders are okay with that they only thing is that there isn't any kind of portion control after you cut everything into chunks. The chunks I cut off the giant melted chunk are 4x bigger than a yogurt drop is but if you try to cut them smaller than that you will end up with a pile of yougurt dust. Anyway it is painful, but your gliders will love these.

The sugar gliders REALLY enjoyed these treats these. One of their favorite treats . It’s a good price for the quantity .

I have been ordering these yogu drops since 2016 (directly from their site). But since free shipping went for $50 to $69.99 I switched to amazon. My last order the color was off but they explained (rudely) the color may vary and it was normal to be that yellow. So gave them to my gliders. Even though throughout all these years I have never seen them so yellow. Now this last order the color is even MORE yellow and my sugar gliders REFUSED to eat them. Which has never happen before and makes me feel uneasy about feeding it to them. Over the past year the quality has gone down so much over. Which is very disappointing. There are no returns with these which is why I made this review to prevent anymore unhappy pets. You can see the difference in the side by side.
