Lovely item very comfortable to use and added lights make it look good also has massage feature that works great. Easy to put together worth the money.

No instructions in the box, looks used for some reason.. The massage remote came with a hole through it - and also does not work - it just vibrates your back a bit, no movement to speak of (misleading) not to mention if you use this feature it'll sound (loudly) as though you're fiddling yourself. Terribly cheap build quality, for a higher price than is deserved to be honest. Massive regret pressing purchase. And now I'm assuming I'll have to lug it to the post office to return it, but it weighs a lot and the box says "two person lift only". Overall, terrible.

Easy to put together, no problems with fitting either of the arms, great lights and movement / buzzing action. It was given as a gift so the child says it’s great!

So first I would like to say I do enjoy the chair but I feel there are some let downs as well. Pros: Easy to set up Great colour Cool lights Leg rest Cons: The seat part of the chair is small, especially around the thighs. I'm a medium size individual ( wears size medium uk clothing) and around 5 foot 7, so you can feel the chair pushing in on your thighs. So if your border set person I would not suggest this chair as I can imagine it being uncomfortable after a while. Delivery: my product was supposed to arrive on the Saturday but arrived on Monday, which was frustrating as I work from home. Aside from late delivery the box arrived pretty much destroyed and the chair was covered in dust, it did make me question if this was second hand or had been in storage for a long period. The massage feature is more of a vibration, I have a massage chair that you attached on top of your desk chair that actually pushes into the muscle, where as this desk chair just vibrations in a few areas, so I was disappointed as I was hoping to replicate the same affect without having to constantly attached my massage cover. Wires: There is a lot of wires and it can be a bit frustrating cable managing these or preventing your chair rolling over them, so when they are not in use I put them away. Overall, the chair is nice and is comfy and besides the cons for the price it is reasonable. I would suggest that a larger size seat option was available, as I would happily exchange this chair for a larger option if it was possible. But asides that it's a nice chair as a decent price and does the job.

Really happy with this- bought for my 14 year old son- and will do the job perfectly. Delivery was a nightmare- no fault of the company and all to do with evri- however this was sorted quickly by the team and the item resent through a different delivery company arriving 2 days later- top marks for customer service. The item materials aren’t the best but for a 14 year old who’s hard on any piece of funiture for the price of this I’ve no complaints. The lights are great and so are the massage features. We got a battery pack for it to stop the wires being all over the place so he charges this and sets it up using that which is great :) Honestly buy it does the job is cheap and cheerful and very comfortable

The chair is okay. It's a chair, functionally it works as one however the cushion is thin and the seat narrow, it advertised itself as suitable for 180kg I weigh 140kg and it has broken on me twice. The first time the company was nice enough to send me some replacement parts (hydraulic switch, lift piston and wheels) however the second time the company refused due to the chairs purchasing being 13/14months old. This I guess can be understood however when I buy a piece of furniture for over £100 I don't expect to need to replace it within 2/4 years. I would have hoped the chair lasted at least another 12 months, it's current state is unusable. When it was working I had to use a cushion to pad the bottom and the 'massage' functions were just vibrating pillows, nice but a vibe is not what I'd call a massage. I'd end this by saying, if your of average weight and reasonable slenderness, the chair is great, if you are purchasing it due to it's advertised weight capacity, your on the larger side or you like the massaging idea, keep on looking, this isn't the one. 3/5 - product isn't great but customer service was great.

No complaints yet. Really comfortable and everything works as expected. The massage points are better than expected. If I'm being really picky, the instructions weren't amazing, but it was still easy to build. A couple of the screw caps don't fit, but no problem for me as it's not something you'll ever notice. I use for gaming and working from home, so it gets a lot of use. It's probably the most comfortable office chair I've ever sat on. Looks good for my set up too. The lights stand out nicely from the black material and are dimmable. I would recommend

Very nice and quality chair. My only problem is the legs doesn't have a lock and the chair moves and rotate unnecessary. The massage and the light and the quality is pure 10/10. Go for it if anyone need a complete gaming chair

Extremely disappointed with this product. The quality is very poor right from the first use — the frame (Raxen) got folded, and the stitching seems cheap and poorly done. The footrest was damaged as soon as I opened the box. The massage points do not work as described and are completely ineffective. Overall, this product is not worth the money at all. Not recommended.

Don't expect anything amazing. You get what you pay for. The massage feature is nothing more than a high frequency vibrating motor. Doesnt do anything for back pain and gets very irritating after a while as it's extremely noisy. Power supply is USB and vibrations die off the more points you use. Skin becomes over stimulated at the contact points so I won't be using the massage feature at all. In terms of the chair itself I'm happy with the comfort. Very easy to put together. Extra features are nothing more than decorative and are not worth it. Better off finding a similar chair without the vibrations.

Very good chair found it easy to assemble but the arm rest couldn't connect evenly and one was sent broken
