I was very pleased with the Ilusion pettipants I ordered. They were true to size and the quality was great!

I'm 5'5 113lbs and I got them in black, size medium after reading the reviews. I got it in medium instead of small because I was worried that if the waistband was too tight on the size small, the crotch would also be too short for me to wear it high waisted. I was also worried the medium would be too loose, but while it's a little roomy, i think it fits me better than the small would have (i'm pretty sure the small would've given me the problems described above). I think my "true" waist is like 27" and the waistband on the medium is definitely not loose; it's actually almost tight, but not uncomfortably so. I actually like the way it looks and it's a good thing I can pull it up to be high-waisted because it's almost too long for some of my super short dresses (that's my only complaint btw: i wish is was a tiny bit shorter). Of course, the good thing is, even if someone sees it all they're seeing is the edge of some lace that could be a part of your dress, so who cares? Oh also? It doesn't create lines under my clothes! I've even worn it with leggings and it's the perfect length for that if you don't want your skirt sticking to them. It's made of traditional slip material. I think this is pretty awesome because I have ALWAYS worn slips underneath my skirts and dresses. They always look better with them. There's usually a problem of transparency, shortness, or the material "sticking" to my leggings or tights. That said, I've always had to make my own slips out of longer slips because they all seem to be designed for old ladies and I've always worn short dresses and skirts. I don't really have the time for that lately though--especially considering that you practically have to go on a freaking years-long pilgrimage to find a simple slip these days (all i ever see now is shape wear!). It's actually BETTER than a slip because it gives you the ability to wear even super short dresses and skirts without worrying about flashing people with the slightest breeze. I mean, don't expect to be able to sit with your legs spread wide open in a short skirt or anything, but for the most part it'll have you covered.

I love these shorties for under short flowy dresses and skirts. I live in Hawaii which means heat and humidity all year long as well as wind. I have compression shorts I used to wear under dresses and skirts before I moved but they made my too hot and uncomfortable here. These are soooo cool and comfy plus if the wind acts up I don't flash my actual undies to the world. I can enjoy my day without constantly worrying about showing too much. That said they don't work as well under body conscious styles as the narrow waist band creates an unflattering line around my waist. A wide waist band with would make these 100 stars!

I tried so many of these pettipants and these are the best! I’m usually a size 10, and the large was a bit tight in the waist, but the XL is perfect and not too baggy. I’ve been wearing these under loose pants after my hip surgery since my regular underwear hit my hip right at the incision area. These are a great price and great design!

The fit was as expected. I did not however like the feel of the fabric. It felt cheap. I wanted it to feel like a true slip but it felt scratchy. The lace was pretty but rough feeling.

Got these to wear under dresses and skirts. They are comfortable, and fit well, with a good amount of stretch in the waistband.

Son contitos entonces no se asoman por debajo de las faldas o vestidos. El material ayuda a que no se peguen al cuerpo las prendas superiores. Y en lo personal me dieron mucho menos calor que traer una licra aunque sea de algodón porque quedan flojitos. La talla me parece que si corresponde.
