Good product

Guess all the reviews was correct . I purchased for my son’s birthday and plugged it in to charge while my son was at school . When he got home it still didn’t cut on had it for 2 days before I sent it back . Within those two days the phone never once cut on . Which sucks because now I’m trying to find him a similar phone just obviously not this one , my son was happy to receive the phone just sad he couldn’t get it to work

Got this for my son for Christmas and he loves it. It is a bit clumsy but he is still enjoying it!

It's a decent product. I bought it for my six year old niece and she really enjoys playing games on it. I will say that the user interface is not the easiest to understand but when you do figure it out, it is really useful to limit the stuff the kid does and sees like the web browser feature, for example, which is definitely...not an appropriate feature for a kindergarten age kid. And it does overheat like CRAZY which should definitely be a concern for kids younger than, say, 5. That being said, on a positive note, it has a wide variety of both educational and recreational games. The camera isn't very good though and the battery life is weak. Overall, it's fine to give as a gift to a kindergartener or 1st grader for "sometimes" fun but don't rely on it for any kind of serious educational support or consistent long-term use. Pros: Wide variety of both educational and recreational games. Well liked by 5 - 7 year old kids. Parent protection controls are useful. Cons: Overheats easily. Not too user friendly. Camera is pretty bad. Battery life is short.

I am changing my review to a 5 star! I have been working with Rebecca with the Votos Support Team on the trouble I had with this kid's smart phone. She has been amazing walking me though it all and even sending a brand-new phone which came in 2 days! I was truly impressed! She didn't give up on me, so I refused to give up on my end. My 4 yr. Old Granddaughter just LOVES this phone! She Won't leave the house without it! Thank you, Rebecca!! I cannot figure out how to download music for my 3-year-old granddaughter. The instruction is useless. I called Amazon, the rep could not really tell me anything and promised me a call back from technical support within an hour, the call never came! I called the next morning, I got a bit further after being on the phone for 45 minutes with a promise call back to where I work, Again NEVER got that call. I tried to Seach for a video to help me with this phone, NO luck. I may just send the phone back and get one local. I do a lot of business with Amazon, disappointed in them! I also emailed Vatos, with no response yet. Ugg!!

My 5 year old granddaughter, absolutely loved this birthday present. To be honest so did I, when I tested some of the games out when it arrived! 🤣🤣 My 11 year old granddaughter now wants one for her birthday!

This is a fantastic little smartphone in all honesty, and perfect for the kids! It is quite feature packed, and I was quite surprised at just how many games and apps that this came with, there is literally hours upon hours of entertainment for the kids to be had. There are also some parental controls as well, such as a time limit you can set up, which makes this even more fantastic, to be honest. One of the standout features in my opinion is the camera. Yes, the quality isn't perfect, and doesn't take crystal clear photographs, but the ability to flip the camera to a front-facing view is unique. I don't think I've ever seen this before on a similar device. I also love the little cards you receive with various animals, once you scan the card they jump off the page, very intuitive and very entertaining for the kids. The phone is small enough for little hands, and does seem well-built, though it's not as sturdy as I'd hoped it would be in all honesty. The touchscreen is responsive and quick, and the phone itself has a lovely bright display, you seem to get a lot of bang for your buck here! I'm not sure if this will stand the test of time, though, depending on use and how often it's dropped (or thrown about).
