Works as advertised
The two things I don't like about this is 1) it is just too big for most cabinets. I have to lay it sideways in mine and because its round it tends to roll around in there. It's probably a good 16" tall. 2) the handle for the inner pan can easily come loose, connected by two screws with cap nuts that can easily get lost. I would recommend insuring they are nice and tight with some plyers before use so you don't loose them.Other than that it seems to need longer times to really cook stuff than the directions call for but it works well and cleans up quite easily.Also it's a bit noisy when in use.

Love it
This was delivered last week... already love it. Wanted something that was quick and this is it. So far made potato skins and pizza rolls (from frozen) spayed a bit of Pam....and cut some foil to cover just the bottom. Came out perfect and crispy. The skins cheese was bubbly and the skin crisp and inside steaming (10 minuets) . Pizza rolls 9 minutes flipping half way ,crispy and brown. Can’t wait to try with chicken wings and fries tomorrow.

Basket handle screws come out
Screws came out and now I can’t use it :(

The inside tray get broken after several times use
I bought this fryer in summer. It worked fine couple of times and then the screw got lose for the inner tray. I couldn't find suitable screws, so we can't use it any more.
