Q: Does the rapid relief formula actually contain more acid or is it the same?

They claim to have 13% of lactic acid, if you know about AHA, that's quite a lot especially if you've never used acids or built a tolerance to it. Usually people starts out with 5-10% as to not cause irritation so I'll say the anount of acid is fine and would be the same for both. In the rapid relief, there's ceramide which is a type of lipid that can be naturally found in our skin that helps with retaining moisture and help protect the skin barrier from irritants. Basically just the lactic moisturizer makes your skin smooth and soft making your skin look healthy while the alpha- hydroxy is a enhancer it helps w acne and oily skin and it retexture your skin as in someone w troublesome skin with constant use.

Q: How do we know if the product is expired? My bottle has no expiration date but have started to smell bad

per the manufacturer there is no expiration date on the product, the cream will last two (2) years from the date of purchase. the product does have a funky smell, which i was told is normal..
