Need to block out someone else's snoring?? These work great!!
So I bought these in the hopes that it would block out the sound of my roommate's snoring. The walls in our apartment are thin, and I'm like 99% sure he's got some form of sleep apnea he refuses to get help for. We share one wall between our rooms, and with the way the rooms are laid out, we really don't have a choice but to have our beds against the same wall. I know these are listed as "Acoustic Panels" and not "Soundproof Panels", but I read through the reviews and decided to give it a shot anyways. The soundproofing is actually really good on these! I no longer hear his snoring through the wall! Hooray! I love the colors, I got the dark green and the lighter green in the big hexagons. They don't come with their own adhesive, so I did use Command Strips to attach them to the wall. They're really easy to put up with the Command Strips. I placed 2 pieces on the backs of the panel, attached the opposite pieces using the "velcro", then removed the protective back on those pieces and just pressed it to the wall. (so that's 4 command strips per hexagon) They've held up great so far! The cost was really good for something that is now providing me with a quiet slumber with no interruptions. I absolutely would spend the money again.

Look Good, Easy Install, High Quality.
Very easy to install and really add a lot of creativity and texture to the room. We paired it with a black set which really made the purple pop. You do need to but the stick ons to mount it to the wall but I think I got 1000 for a few bucks. I would recommend this for anyone looking to add style and sound deadening to their office, game room or any other room that needs a touch of color. Be mindful if you need to remove the stick on's you buy, you have to use a heat gun to warm the glue or it will damage your wall. Again, these do not come with any adhesion products.

Good value, bad packaging
I am unsure of their actual acoustic performance as I'm too broke to afford the equipment needed to test it, but from my perception it does quiet down the echoes from the walls considerably compared to the walls being bare. The main plus of these in my opinion is the looks, symmetrical hexagon patterns are my thing and these look great... that is if you got lucky with the shipping and packaging. They are plastic wrapped with a cardstock label wrapped around them, leaving the corners exposed. I found a lot of mine had dulled/dented corners, but it wasn't enough for me to consider returning them, your milage may vary. A bit of advice, I used that wall mounting putty stuff and it works way better than adhesives and the like if you have textured walls.

Best acoustic squares!
I used these acoustic polyester squares to cover a particle board wall. Years ago I covered it with an expensive heavy wallpaper, but it was time for a remodel. They were very easy to install and I used liquid nails to adhere them. I was done in a day! Much easier than wallpaper! I used a straight edge and utility knife to cut them and really good scissors to clean up the cut edges. Make sure you square the wall first and draw your starting line. The instructions do not give you this information as it appears the instructions are for a new or newer build. Great product and there are many colors. Worked very well on that particle board wall!

Room noise
These look great and do offer some acoustic properties. My house is very plaid and echos a lot. I put up several of these in the loft theatre room and it has helped.

Difficult to adhere to wall
Label suggested double sided tape like Gorilla tape. It does not adhere to these panels. They fall within 24hrs of placing on the wall, the tape coming off the panel, not the wall. I've since tried hot glue. Haven't found a solution that truly works yet. But the color and quality seem great!

Easy to install
Easy to install and looks cool on the wall. I used 2 straight board edges to get consistent gaps and I love it. It doesnt eliminate all the noise but there's a considerable difference

These look and work really well.
The material, quality, and thickness are pretty good. I wish they had already come with self-adhesive strips on them, but we used double-sided velcro strips, and they seem to be holding up really well. The sound insulation is ok, but you need a lot of them to get good coverage. We ordered 3 packs in different colors, and together, not only are they helping absorb the sound, but they look good, too. Really happy with them.
