I bought this product on May end, since the time I got this I have hardly used this , now suddenly its stated giving me trouble, I was trying to restart the device but its not happening also it not getting connected to system, its not getting power off I have tried many at time, and when I was looking for product support from amazon its not available as well, I am doubtful about this product
