Quercetin helps reduce my allergies - I ran out for a while and noticed my nose got stuffy, despite taking allergy meds, and the stuffiness went away within a few days of taking these. My complaint is the amount of powder in the bottle, outside the capsules. When I refill my pill organizer, yellow powder gets all over my hands.
